 The
boxes are manufactured in several flutes: B,C, E,
F, N, BC , EB and FB; on white or kraft paper in the
following presentations: single flute cardboard box
(regular and die cut), boxes with moisture protective
coatings (acrylic and wax), boxes with high-graphics
or regular printing, and double wall board (for shipping
heavier products).
In order to meet the needs and requirements of the
customers, the CYBSA Group subjects all its boxes
to strict quality control standards and laboratory
tests: BCT (Box Compression Test), ECT (Edge Crush
Test), and other paper (Ring Crush) and Ink analysis,
in strict compliance with TAPPI standards.

boxes are made using premium quality raw materials imported
from the United States, Canada, and Finland. Other important
raw materials worth mentioning are the variety of coatings,
adhesives
and inks which are purchased from recognized vendors
worldwide .
CAJAS Y BOLSAS also has the technology and equipment
to manufacture cardboard cores in a variety of gauges
and diameters for every specific use.
